Marilyn’s Landing LLC is a soil re-use facility, operated in partnership between two family-owned businesses, MacDonald Industries and W.L. French.  The site has been operating since August 13th, 2013 and has a remaining capacity of over a million tons. In January 2020, we expanded our operation by working with Republic Services, and the partnership between MacDonald Industries and W.L. French began in January 2025.
